A vending machine dispenses gumballs in a regular repeating cycle of ten different colors. If a quarter buys 3 gumballs, what is the minimum amount of money that must be spent before three gumballs of the same color are dispense?
Value of a Bond
It is defined to be the present worth of all the amounts the bondholder will receive through his possession of the bond.
The bondholder will receive two types of payments which are:
1. Single payment which the owner will receive at the date of maturity of the bond, which is usually equal to the par value of the bond; and
2. The periodic payments for interest on the bond usually it is redeemed by the issuing corporations.
Formula for value of a bond:
1. y(x^2+xy-2y^2)dx+x(3y^2-xy-x^2)dy=0
2. (x+ysin y/x)dx-xsin y/x dy=0
5. Find x in the series 1, 1/3, 0.2, x.
6. Find the 10th term of the progression 6/5, 4/3, 3/2 . . .
7. Find the sum of the first 10 terms of the Geometric Progression 2, 4, 8, 16 . . .
8. The fourth term of a geometric progression is 189 and the sixth term is 1701. Find the 8th term.
9. Find the sum of the infinite geometric progression 6, -2, 2/3 . . .
10. Find the fourth term of ½, 0.2, 0.125 . . .

please help me with this!!!
Im really having hard time getting this.
Region 1 is bounded by the x axis, the line x=1 and the curve y=x^2. Region 2 is bounded by the two curves y=x^2 and x=y^2. Region 3 is bounded by the y axis, the line y=1 and the curve x=y^2. Find the volume and centroid of the solid generated when the indicated region is revolved about the given line:
A. Region 1 is revolved about y axis
Region 1 is revolved about x axis
B. Region 2 is revolved about y axis
Region 2 is revolved about x axis
answer this;
find the derivative of y= root 3√2x-7
