Hi, i just need a particular condition on the problem to be clarified. It states there's a coverplate of 300x10mm rooted to the angle girders (at the top; and taking into consideration the same thing applies at the bottom) but, i was wondering why it wasn't included in your drawing. Could you please shed us some light on this? If it were to be included, i'd get 3,931,746 mm^3 as my Q and will arrive with 166.07 mm for an answer - as my largest allowable spacing.

Yes you are right, the solution did not consider the 300 × 10 mm top and bottom plates. This page is marked for revision. Thank you for calling our attention.
