Perform the indicated operation and express the answer in the form of a+bi: (5+4i)+2(2−3i)−i(1−5i)
Solution:
=5+4i+4-6i-i +5i^2 note: i^2=-1
=9+4i-7i+5(-1)
=9-5-3i
=4-3i Ans.
