how to eliminate arbitrary constant where h is a parameter;
y=mx+h/m

$y = mx + \dfrac{h}{m}$   ←   Equation (1)

$y' = m$
 

Substitute m = y' to Equation (1)
$y = xy' + \dfrac{h}{y'}$       answer
